1. My products are not made for children, please use proper judgment when purchasing from my shop.
2. Up to 10 business days processing time before the order is shipped. And average of up to 7 business days for delivery.
3. I am not responsible for anything that happens to or with my product once it has been shipped out to you.
4. I do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancelations on anything that has been purchased in my shop except for if your order has not yet been shipped. Certain exclusions do apply so if you have any issues at all with your order please contact me ASAP on my website or for fastest response contact me on Instagram!
5. custom items: sometimes I open custom orders and when I do I require full payment upfront and do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges no exceptions.
6. Character rights belong to me and only me even if you own the plush of said character. You may make drawings/paintings of my characters with credit to me but you can not sell anything with my characters.
7. If you decide you no longer want the plush you bought from me you may sell it to someone else for the cost you bought it for (including shipping and tax) you may not sell it for profit.
